Sea, Air or Land: Understanding Transportation Modes and Alternatives

Hello and welcome to my blog. My name is Gina, and I love journeys. I can't even say I like to travel because in fact, I actually prefer staring out of train, boat or bus windows as the landscape or water rolls by. I also love the feeling of flying and the excitement levels in airports. However, I can't spend my whole life sitting in a transportation seat so I decided to start a blog about this passion. This blog contains everything I have learned about transportation, it looks at it from multiple angles and provides a fresh perspective. Please, read and enjoy!

Why You Should Pub Crawl By Bus

Have you seen the film The World's End? You may know that the film is about a group of childhood friends reuniting years later to reenact a fateful pub crawl from when they were younger, taking in a monumental amount of pubs before reaching their final destination. Events conspire during the film to throw them off course, events that include demons from their past (metaphorical) and aliens about to cause the apocalypse (not metaphorical). As they stumble from pub to pub, one thing will occur to anyone watching that could have kept this pub crawl on track: pub crawl bus hire

There are many reasons why hiring a bus for our legendary pub crawl is a great idea. These include: -

Wasting less time between pubs (drinks) - Whatever rule you have, e.g. one or two drinks per pub, the time wasted between pubs is all time away from the bar when you can't drink. You could have five or 10 minute walks between pubs, which may not sound like much but adds up over the course of the night. Why not get on the party bus between pubs and get there quicker?

Easier to keep everyone together - Over the course of the night it can become a stumble between pubs. Members of the party drift off to search for food or for a sneaky toilet visit. Busses come with toilets on board and you can even organise snacks as well. That's two common problems sorted and you can count who gets on and comes off the bus. Keeping your party together has never been simpler.

More reach - There may only be a handful of pubs in close vicinity. What if you wanted to go to a pub that holds a lot of memories or stories from your past or there was a particular pub that served your favourite drink, but it was just that little bit too far to reach on foot? A problem no more when you hire a bus for your pub crawl.

Shuts down pathetic excuses - A pub crawl is fun, but there is also a competitive element to it as well. It's an endurance test and only the strongest survive. If you've been on a pub crawl before, you'll all have heard the excuses by the end. The most famous being 'It wasn't the drink which got me, it was the air that hit me walking between pubs'. That can be shot down if you are hiring a bus for your pub crawl.
